WELCOME TO SYSTEMIC YOGA
If you’re feeling stressed out, anxious and out of shape, and you’ve decided to do something about it and put in the required effort on your part, you’ve come to the right place.
The body is the gateway to your emotions and thoughts, and it’s the unconscious patterns that cause most of the chaos and suffering. These unprocessed emotions affect your posture, tissues, breath and overall physical wellbeing as well as your self-esteem, personal and professional relationships.
My programs are here to help you find greater inner balance, joy and a sense of wellbeing.
Whether you prefer to focus more on the physical and meditative practices, or on better understanding of how your inner beliefs connect to your family system dynamics, or both, I hope that the end result will be a calmer, happier, and stronger, YOU.
Feel free to browse through the ways you can begin your tranformative journey, below. However, if you are still not sure of what program or approach would be best suited for your needs at this time, you are welcome to book a free 20 minute consultation with me, via Zoom, and we’ll figure it out together.
