A message from Ivana , the founder of Systemic Yoga
It’s wonderful to see you here at Systemic Yoga and I hope that you are ready to get in touch with your inner self.
The body is the gateway to your emotions and thoughts, and it’s the unconscious patterns that cause most of the chaos and suffering. These unprocessed emotions affect your posture, tissues, breath and overall physical wellbeing as well as your self-esteem, personal and professional relationships.
My programs are here to help you find greater inner balance, joy and a sense of wellbeing. Whether you prefer to focus more on the physical and meditative practices, or on better understanding of how your inner beliefs connect to your family system dynamics (or both), I hope that the end result will be a happier, healthier and more self-confident YOU.
