Welcome to Systemic Yoga! This website is all about helping you adopt a positive mindset and healthy practices, to  become a more balanced and centered  version of yourself. 

WHAT IS SYSTEMIC YOGA ?

Physical, mental and emotional balance that allows you to be happy and in harmony with yourself and your environment. It’s about understanding yourself through the different interconnected systems of your body and mind, as well as through your family system and environment. 

 It’s a mindset that allows you to fulfill your goals, and have loving relationships. It’s about letting go of what no longer serves you and being aligned with your higer purpose. It’s about honouring your family legacy, your personal history, as well as who you are, just as you are.  

Systemic Yoga is a unique holistic method that combines a wealth of yoga techniques and practices, with progressive constellations.

My yoga classes will teach you the key body points,  meditation and breath techniques, for releasing stress as well as the fundamentals of asana practice to strengthen your body & mind.

The progressive constellations method is to support you in the process of untangling personal or professional issues, by tapping into your family system dynamics and core beliefs, and equipping you with tools for self-empowerment.
