Online Yoga Classes for Beginners 

Would you like to get into yoga, but don’t know where to start? If this is your case, then these clases are  for you.
Learn the mechanics of yoga postures, meditation and breath techniques, and gradually build a practice that will allow you to harmonize your body & mind.

The variety of isometric postures and isotonic movements, which form an essential aspect of asana practice, can help to strengthen your muscles, and contribute to bone health.

DYNAMIC & PASSIVE STRETCHING

A combination of passive and movement-based stretching is an effective way to cultivate joint mobility and elasticity of muscle tissue.

BREATHING & CONCENTRATION

A wealth of breathing, meditation and concentration techniques can help you achieve a state of mental clarity, inner peace and harmony, as well as cultivate, being fully present.

RELAXATION & RESTAURATION

Knowing how to relax and use yoga postures to restore the body and mind are key to dealing with daily stress. Each class will end with guided relaxation and restaurative poses.

Although yoga practice may bring many benefits, it’s not a replacement for medical treatment. Please check with a medical professional if yoga practice is suitable for you at this time.

You need to download  ZOOM  from http://www.zoom.us and have a good internet connection. You should position your yoga mat at least one meter away from your computer, so that you are fully visible for corrections. Apart from the yoga mat, it is good that you have a cushion, a blanket and optionally, 2 yoga blocks and a strap.

No worries, you can ask for the class recording.

Systemic Yoga has a no refund policy,  but you are welcome to exchange your yoga class plan for a different service. Also, you are welcome to buy 1 single sessión / class , and see if the experience resonates with you and your needs.
