Private classes are the best option for you. Practice  asanas, meditation, breathwork at your own pace, and gradually develop a regular routine to reset your body and mind. Taking into account your physical shape, age, level of knowledge as well as your health & fitness goals, we will create a personalized yoga practice for you. And you are welcome to invite up to 2 more people to the class with no additional cost!

FREQUENTLY asked QUESTIONS

Although yoga practice may bring many health benefits, it’s NOT a replacement for medical treatment. In case of injury or illness,  please check with a medical professional if yoga practice is suitable for you at this time.

You need to download  ZOOM  from http://www.zoom.us and have a good internet connection. You should position your yoga mat at least one meter away from your computer, so that you are fully visible for corrections. Apart from the yoga mat, it is good that you have a cushion, a blanket and optionally, 2 yoga blocks and a strap.

In order not to lose the class, you should cancel at least 24 hours in advance. 

 Essentially, Systemic Yoga has a no refund policy but you are able to exchange the classes for coaching sessions, or simply postpone your yoga sessions for a more convenient time for you.
